Thanks, Rick. Good luck with the eviction (!) I’m really hoping that I won’t end up writing any posts about that on here…

I’ll add a contact email address next time I post, good idea. My site used to be on blogger, which automatically posted the contact information for me, but I’m using wordpress, which apparently doesn’t function the same way.

I’m a fellow landlord and find many of your posts helpful. I can’t seem to find a contact email address anywhere, would you post one?

This post is particularly relevant to one of my units, in that soon I’ll be interviewing new tenants. Had I chose better last time, maybe I wouldn’t be in the final stages of an eviction process right now = )

Yeah, I think having them pay their security deposit over a three month period was not a good idea, showing a potential inability to pay rent.
