(My tenants suggested that I buy it, too, to "control the neighors" -- apparently they think that I'm doing an ok job). I'm not sure that I'm ready to make the jump to managing multiple properties yet, though (I would go from 1 rental unit to three), and without a lot of cash for a down payment, I couldn't make the place next door cash flow. If they drop the price low enough, though, I would still do it. I'd like to wait until it sits on the market for a bit, and perhaps give them a lowball offer.
