My sister-in-law is living on the main floor and we live upstairs. We want to sell eventually, how do you go about changing it to a duplex? Our neighborhood is zoned for duplex, so that it fine. We want to sell as a duplex as it is completely set up, also could be set up as a triplex if the new owner wanted to put the extra $$ into it. Thanks!
